Election Database can be downloaded and copied freely. See the readme.txt file in the zip file. The only restrictions are that it cannot be sold, and that it cannot be used for commercial purposes without the permission of the author.

to download edbfw.exe, a self-extracting file (330KB) approximately.
When downloaded, run edbfw.exe from File Manager or Windows Explorer. This will create a sub-directory called edbfw taking up a further 600KB approximately.
Within the edbfw sub-directory, run election.exe to start Election Database.
The download has been updated on 17/7/2002 to correct some minor errors in the 2002 general election results.
